STORY

Remote work and location freedom have changed my life. After a decade in London, I’ve spent the past 5 years working mostly from rural places in Cornwall, Portugal, Morocco & Australia. Swapping the commute and city life for nature, coasts and open space has been an incredible privilege. But over time, I’ve also seen how quickly places can change - Working across borders means asking harder questions about long-term contribution and whether our presence adds value or quietly extracts from what already exists. I believe flexible work, when approached with awareness and intention, can expand opportunity - for both sides. Impactribe was created as a space for these kinds of opportunities - expanding access for talent everywhere, beyond traditional global hubs.
