We’re seeking a PPC Specialist to work with one of our clients on impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to manage, strategize, and optimize paid search, social, and display campaigns while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Local Services Ads. You will focus on optimal performance through strategic budget allocation and continuous optimization.
Client Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their goals. Educate clients on effective strategies and advise on campaign performance metrics.
Performance Monitoring: Use data-driven insights to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Strategic Thinking: Combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of marketing strategy. Ensure campaigns align with business goals while suggesting website optimizations or other improvements when needed.
Project Management: Manage recurring deliverables and client requests efficiently using tools like ClickUp or Asana. You’re expected to lead advanced projects and maintain smooth workflows.
Data Analysis: Uncover actionable insights and present findings impactfully via reports and Loom video updates.
Problem-Solving: Showcase initiative and resourcefulness by tackling challenges independently.
Adaptability: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, applying best practices and innovative ideas to maximize results.

Minimum Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with proven expertise in Google Ads.
Proficiency with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience managing campaigns for lead generation businesses (legal industry experience is a plus!).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Desired Skills

Experience with other PPC platforms like Microsoft Ads.
Familiarity with managing PPC campaigns for international clients.
Knowledge of website optimization and landing page improvements.
Expertise in project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
Experience presenting findings via video (e.g., Loom).
