- Aggressive growth: Test and then scale new platforms or opportunities to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
- Reporting excellence: Produce timely, accurate and clear daily, weekly and monthly reports that provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance and conversion patterns as required by the business on Google Sheets, Excel and LookerStudio.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach.
- Budget management: Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation.
- Tracking & attribution: Ensure tracking between all paid platforms and Salesforce is seamless.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) within tracking systems.
- Product knowledge: Stay up to speed on all products across the businesses.
- SEO: Manage the external SEO freelancers overseeing implementation and strategy.
- Creative collaboration: Collaborate with communications and creative teammates to produce highly engaging, industry leading creative assets.
- Team collaboration: Collaborating with the operations, development, analytical, creative and outreach teams to ensure efficient, effective and scalable processes.
- Finger on the pulse: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and paid media trends, and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including attribution, and programmatic media buying.
