- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain precise records of all invoicing and payments.
- Engage with school districts to explore potential contracts and bids.
- Oversee student and driver schedules to guarantee proper shift coverage.
- Efficiently manage and respond to emails and phone inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain essential spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in the organization and management of company files and records.
- Support team members as necessary.
- Field incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties.
- Organize meetings and accurately record minutes.
- Compose and distribute emails, memos, and letters as needed.
- Maintain a well-structured filing system.
- Develop, update, and enforce relevant office procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and invoicing practices.
