About the project:
We are seeking a skilled D365 Functional Consultant specializing in Finance, SCM, and Retail to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementations and a proven track record of successful project delivery in complex business environments.
You will be able to:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM, and Retail modules.
- Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with system functionalities.
- Design and deliver customized solutions, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other project documentation.
- Facilitate integrations with legacy systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users and stakeholders on new system features and capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience working in Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 implementations, specializing in Finance, SCM, and Retail modules.
- 5+ Years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- 5+ Years of experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- 5+ Years of experience with client handling and communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- 5+ Years of experience preparing and maintaining Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other project documentation.
- 3+ Years of experience working with integration strategies and tools, including Azure services.
- 3+ Years of experience in data migration, system customization, and configuration.
- 3+ Years of experience providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
- 3+ Years of experience identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
