Your Purpose
You will be part of a multinational team of ADM BPs, highly collaborative, engaged, and always eager to learn to promote the best experience for our clients. You will have the chance to work at Latin America's leading Financial Services company powered by crypto, supporting the Co-founder & CEO, Daniel Vogel, who is driven by a desire to develop efficient, competitive, accessible, and inclusive financial services in LatAm through crypto.
Among your primary responsibilities are providing support for personal matters related to the CEO and his family, calendar and time management, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel and logistics management, stakeholder management, event planning and coordination, strategic support, and crisis and issue management. You will also be responsible for managing the annual calendar of Bitso’s Executive Committee and Board meetings, and for planning all the logistics to ensure these meetings take place seamlessly.

Who You Are
- +8 years of experience as Administrative Business Partner/ Executive Assistant/ Secretary
- Strong Communication Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.

What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and his family with a variety of personal matters, including document issuance, planning and organizing family trips, purchasing gifts, managing potential relocations, and more.
- Support in managing the CEO's LinkedIn messages, ensuring individuals are directed to the appropriate contacts within Bitso.
- Manage the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, rescheduling, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Ensure constant alignment with the CEO to fully understand the company's current status and priorities, providing precise and aligned support.
- Manage the annual calendar of Bitso’s Executive Committee and Board meetings, and all the logistics to ensure these meetings take place seamlessly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of relevant documentation.
- Carry out travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Reconciliation of expenses made with the corporate card and submission of reimbursement requests when necessary.
- Manage the CEO's event schedule and collaborate with the communications team to prepare the necessary materials, ensuring we maximize the benefits of these interactions with the market.
- Support special projects as needed coordinating with different teams (such as
ExCom, Product, Engineering etc).
- Be a facilitator for clear communication across Bitso on what's happening;
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
- Provide time management reports;
- Provide support in planning and organizing events, such as team offsites, Executive Committee (ExCom) meetings, and Board meetings. On-site support may be required in certain cases to ensure seamless execution.
