We're seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to join our Platform Admin Team, where we build powerful capabilities to ensure seamless operations for users and organizations alike.
Here’s what you’ll help us create:
Workspaces: Intuitive environments for data access control, team collaboration, and resource management, enabling users to navigate and manage their workflows effortlessly.
User & Team Management: Granular access control systems to assign roles, manage team members, and secure their operations with confidence.
Usage Optimization: Analytics and insights that help customers track, understand, and optimize their product usage.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
- Shape and develop user interfaces of our products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineers, to deliver new features and improvements and ensure a cohesive product experience.
- Ensure continuous support and improvement for existing products, maintaining a high level of usability and performance.
- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring that our products run smoothly across different environments.
- Optimize the user experience by improving performance, reducing load times, and ensuring smooth interaction.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed and maintaining high-quality, clean code.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with all parts of the testing pyramid, especially component testing.
- Proficiency in optimizing website performance, including reducing loading times, minimizing resource usage, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Knowledge of user authentication, authorization mechanisms, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines like WCAG
- Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Understanding of Front-end toolings like package managers, linters, build tooling and testing libraries
Nice to Have:
- Experience in using visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, and Highcharts to create dynamic and interactive data visualizations.
- Experience developing office add-ins for platforms within the Microsoft and Google ecosystems, such as Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with backend development (PHP) to understand full-stack product needs.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and experience with data connectors for advertising platforms.
