Seasoned Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions and act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. You will work to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee benefits administration and maintain employee records
- Support training initiatives and facilitate workshops
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage HR-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement
Pay is $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Within commutable distance to Escondido. Position is 95% remote, and an occassional day in Escondido.
