We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding team.
Over the last 15 years Rebo – Outdoor Toys has become one of the UK’s fastest growing online retailers, supplying a wide range of outdoor toys to our growing customer base. Not only do we design and manufacture many of our own wood-based products on site, we also stock a wide range of children’s outdoor toys and accessories for the home market.

Responsibilities:
· Responding to all customer queries across several platforms including telephone and e-mail.
· Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an effective and timely manner, whilst always aiming to provide a 5 star customer experience.
· Assisting the team in ensuring all SLAs are hit.
Knowledge and experience:
· You will have strong planning and organisational skills
· You will be self motivated, with a positive outlook and able to make decisions within your area of responsibility.
· You will be able to manage competing demands simultaneously whilst ensuring customers feel valued through your excellent communication skills.
This vacancy is for a full-time temporary position. A permanent position may be offered for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5. In busier periods, this can include evenings and weekends.
