🙌 The Role
This role is Part Time (20 hours per week) with opportunity to turn into full time role.
Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support Real Estate & Expansion.
- Maintain electronic filing system.
- Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, presentations, and events.
Market Expansion Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and expansion opportunities.
- Analyze demographic, economic, and real estate data to assess market viability.
- Prepare detailed market entry reports and recommendations for new locations.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of potential properties for expansion.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain databases and tracking systems for real estate properties and transactions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate analytical insights.
- Creation and maintenance of detailed financial modelsÂ
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial feasibility studies for potential investments.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
🫶 About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate administration, analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and real estate management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and market analysis techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate investment and fund management
- Certification or coursework in real estate analysis or finance
- Experience in market expansion or site selection analysis.
