About The Role
The mission of the Client Services team is to position Invisible as the trusted advisor to the leadership teams of the world’s most influential organizations, helping them translate innovation into seamless execution. We begin by deeply understanding our client’s needs, and then translate those needs into seamlessly integrated ‘human + technology’ solutions that can unlock exponential business value.
What You’ll Do
As a Principal Client Partner, you will own and nurture relationships with 1-2 of Invisible’s most strategic accounts. Your work will focus on building deep, trust-based relationships with senior executives, guiding them through complex challenges, and driving transformative outcomes that align with their business goals. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact, multi-million-dollar partnerships where your influence and expertise will directly shape Invisible’s success.
For the right candidate, this role offers the potential to take on management responsibilities based on performance and results, further scaling the impact of the Client Services team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives at Invisible’s most strategic clients.
- Own a small portfolio of high-value, enterprise accounts (1-2 accounts maximum), driving $XXm ARR deals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client needs and translating them into custom solutions leveraging Invisible’s unique capabilities.
- Drive long sales cycles (12-24 months) with patience and precision, ensuring the client’s evolving needs are consistently met.
- Lead and coordinate executive business reviews, ensuring alignment on key objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing) to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
- Manage account planning processes and oversee all aspects of client engagement, from identifying opportunities to closing commercial deals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, establishing Invisible as a partner of choice for innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, with the potential to expand into a management role based on results.
What We Need
- 14+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales or account management roles, ideally within Managed Services, tech-led Professional Services, or B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-scale, complex enterprise deals ($20m - $50M+).
- Strong executive presence and a track record of building trust with C-suite executives at global organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently with a high degree of autonomy, navigating complex sales cycles and organizational challenges.
- Proven success in both new business development and account growth strategies.
- Experience in highly technical environments, with a preference for candidates familiar with AI or advanced technology-driven solutions.
- Leadership qualities and interest in potentially managing a team in the future.
- Based in North America.

Compensation:
- Base: $300,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $600,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
