As our HR Generalist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our team members feel valued, supported, and equipped to excel. You’ll work closely with leadership and staff, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly while championing a culture of excellence and engagement.
What Success Looks Like
- Mastering Performance Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our performance and engagement software, 15Five.com. You’ll ensure our team has a seamless experience with check-ins, feedback, and development goals.
- Championing Organizational Health: Be the go-to advocate for fostering a positive culture. You’ll champion employee well-being, engagement, and the alignment of our values with day-to-day operations.
- Handling HR Needs with Expertise: As the primary contact for HR-related matters, you’ll address questions, concerns, and challenges with care, confidentiality, and clarity.
- Collaborating with External Partners: Manage our outsourced payroll and benefits provider, ensuring accuracy and a top-notch employee experience.
- Recruitment Support: Partner closely with our Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and retain exceptional talent.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience & Expertise: You bring 3-5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist responsibilities. Familiarity with tools like 15Five.com and outsourced HR/payroll services is a plus!
- Emotionally Intelligent Leader: You thrive on building strong relationships, resolving conflicts with empathy, and making others feel heard and understood.
- Passionate about Talent & Culture: You believe people are an organization’s greatest asset and love working on strategies to recruit, retain, and engage them.
- Organized & Efficient: You have a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities, staying on top of deadlines, and keeping processes running smoothly.

The Details
- Hours: 10 hours per week
- Compensation: $35/hour W2 or Contract
- Schedule: Work schedule is 2 hours per day, with specific time of day to be determined during the interview process. Our company policy does not allow for hiring someone in this position that is also working another full-time position during standard business hours.
