Our client is looking for a part-time HR Coordinator (30 hours/week) to directly support the Chief People Officer with execution of projects across HR: recruiting, training and development, engagement surveys, events
- Recruiting: facilitating interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Training and Development: Work closely with the CPO and Training & Development committee to coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Talent Management: Support the performance review process, including set up and coordination of performance reviews and meetings, goal setting and development planning
- Employee Engagement & Events: Support culture and engagement by assisting with research, working through results of engagement surveys. Organization and event coordination such as firmwide retreat, leadership conference - huge time commitment operationally
- HR Analytics: Develop, enhance, and maintain People specific data and materials
- Policy & Compliance Execution: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and support the implementation of HR best practices
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in an HR Coordinator/Generalist role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Brings an understanding of white glove client oriented service, ideally out of professional services or Financial Services
- Self directed and independent
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Great attention to detail
- Time commitment: about 5-6 hours a day without disruption
It is critical that this individual have HR experience in a similar industry.
This is not a contract opportunity, this is a long-term, part-time hire that is bonus eligible and benefits eligible.
