Consultant - Development of AMR Curriculum Assessment Tools

Description:

To contribute to the development of AMR curriculum assessment tools for pharmacy and nursing education.
Support youth engagement and AMR awareness-raising activities.
Education core competencies and curricula tailored for different health worker cadres.
Develop AMR curriculum assessment tools for pharmacy education based on review of curricula in at least 5 countries.

Requirements:

Essential: An advanced university degree (master's or above) in pharmacy.
Desirable: Certification or training in curricula development, health workforce training or other related field.
Essential: At least 5 years of relevant experience in education and training of pharmacy professionals, and evidence synthesis on issues of public health importance and preparation of policy briefs and reports.
Desirable: Experience in leading or contributing to projects on Antimicrobial Resistance, experience in pre-service curricula development and implementation, and experience in developing and implementing advocacy campaigns in public health.
Essential: Expertise in researching and analyzing existing health worker training programs, curricula, and educational materials.
Essential: Proficiency to translate complex public health information.
Essential: In-depth knowledge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and its impact on public health.
Essential: Ability to design and facilitate a consultative process to develop guidance documents and reports.
Desirable: Expertise in engaging young people on issues of public health importance.
Essential: Expert knowledge of English.
Desirable: Intermediate knowledge of any other WHO official language.

Benefits:

Remuneration Band level B: USD 7,000 - 9,980 per month
Living expenses (N/A for home-based)
